Complete step-by-step instructions to get LiteStep theme installed and configured on your Shopify store.
Quick Installation
Via Shopify Theme Store
Recommended Method
- 1. Visit the Shopify Theme Store
- 2. Search for "LiteStep"
- 3. Click "Add theme" to install
- 4. Go to Online Store → Themes
- 5. Click "Publish" to activate
Manual Installation
Upload ZIP File
- 1. Get the theme from Shopify Theme Store
- 2. Go to Online Store → Themes
- 3. Click "Upload theme"
- 4. Select the LiteStep ZIP file
- 5. Click "Upload" then "Publish"
Initial Setup
1. Theme Settings Configuration
Navigate to Online Store → Themes → Customize to configure:
Colors & Typography
- • Set brand colors
- • Choose Google Fonts
- • Configure button colors
Logo & Branding
- • Upload logo (SVG/PNG/JPG)
- • Set logo height (30-120px)
- • Configure alignment
Layout & Navigation
- • Select main menu
- • Configure cart drawer
- • Set announcement bar

Ensure these pages exist in your store (create via Pages → Add page):

3. Menu Configuration
Go to Online Store → Navigation and configure your main menu:
Recommended Menu Structure:

Go to Online Store → Themes → Customize → Homepage and add sections:

Recommended Formats
- • Use WebP format when possible
- • JPG for photos
