2. Description of Services

LiteStep provides WordPress themes (including LiteStep Clarity), iOS applications (including Quick Bill Reminder), and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time with or without notice.

3. License and Usage Rights

3.1 License Grant

Upon purchase or download, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our products according to the license type:

For WordPress Themes:

• Single Site License: Use the theme on one website
• Multi-Site License: Use the theme on up to 5 websites
• Developer License: Use the theme on unlimited websites for your clients

For iOS Applications (Quick Bill Reminder):

• Download and use on devices associated with your Apple ID
• Subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA)
• Access to app features as described in the App Store listing
• Free version includes unlimited bills, notifications, and basic analytics
• Premium version ($14.99 one-time) unlocks Gmail detection, OCR scanning, negotiation tools, and advanced analytics
• All data stored locally on device; optional cloud sync with explicit user consent

3.2 License Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense our products
• Use our products to create competing products
• Remove or alter any copyright notices
• Share your license key or Apple ID with others
• Use themes on more sites than your license permits
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our iOS applications
• Circumvent any technical protection measures in our applications

4. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and complete information

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1 Pricing

All prices are in USD and subject to change. You will be charged the price displayed at the time of purchase.

5.2 Refund Policy

For WordPress themes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 30 days or if the license has been violated.

For iOS applications, refunds are subject to Apple's App Store refund policy. Please contact Apple Support or request a refund through the App Store for app purchases.

5.3 Recurring Payments

For subscription-based services, payments will be automatically charged at the start of each billing period. You may cancel at any time, but no partial refunds are provided for the current billing period.

6. Support and Updates

Active license holders are entitled to:

• Product updates and bug fixes
• Technical support via email or support tickets
• Documentation and tutorials

Support is provided on a best-effort basis during business hours. We aim to respond to inquiries within 48 hours.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including themes, iOS applications, code, designs, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by LiteStep and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone, and iPad are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our Services
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any automated use of our Services without permission

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE RESULTS OR PERFORMANCE OF OUR SERVICES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LITESTEP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LiteStep and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LiteStep operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
